Weekly Photo Challenge “Patterns”
The Weekly Photo Challengesubject comes from wickedgoodgal
… Things with ”Patterns” …
There is nothing more familiar than the pattern of birth and death. Military deaths are in the news everyday and dying of old age is not necessarily the pattern.
Military funerals are usually filled with respect but we see a real lack of it at some of them, today. I will never understand that viewpoint.
Left with a pattern of reminders I sit on the fence of sadness versus grateful appreciation.
Keep on taking those photos.

Very impressive photos.
Welcome back!
Excellent perspective on patterns. As a military wife I certainly appreciate the importance of what you are saying! Thanks for stopping by and the pat on the back!
Thanks! Interesting idea on the patterns of life.
That second pattern is in my house, btw, and I try not to stare at it too much. Could definitely cause some eye trouble.
I think this is lovely… a total twist on the whole concept of patterns – very open-minded of you.
Thanks for your comment – my pattern shot was on Friday, March 24th and if I could figure out how to post the link to that specific post, I would do it! But I can’t… I tried a bunch of different ways and am just frustrated. Thank you though. These images and the words that go with them, are beautiful.
People and patterns piss me off. I find every life unique and different. Patterns are great for blankets and wallpaper… Not life.
