We had out of town commitments this weekend. A friend is having repeated computer problems we have been trying to help with. Helping him takes us on a short road trip, a couple of hours either way. We see some strange sites on the road and this one really caught my eye as we pulled along side him on the highway. He was watching his rearview mirror to make a lane change. I’m glad we trucked on out of his way as I’m not sure where it was he got his license.
