Pumpkin Patch, Kleathers in Springboro
I found this little girl at Kleather’s Pumpkin Patch in Springboro, Ohio. I wasn’t able to get many photos as I was trying to get them candidly without upsetting anyone. I did get this darling shot and am left wishing I had a basketful more. She reminds me so much of when my children were little. You can see grandpa’s belly on the right as he keeps a watchful eye.
I think grandparent’s, little ones and pumpkins were meant to have an association.
“Anything is a great seat to a child”
Regards and have a great week,

Love this picture. She must have thought those pumpkins were humongous!! Oh, to be able again to see the world as a child! Wouldn’t it be fun???
This is a great photo… nice colors.
Those pumpkins do look like they would be fun to climb on.
I think I did get the virus last nite. Got the pop-up directing me to the one site–like Xanga said today. My computer was running like molasses this morning. Don’t know if the two were connected. Had to do a system restore. Just set it back to Friday, and it was fine again. What a pain, though!!
Agree with you about too much media influence on the kids nowadays. Days were so much simpler when I was growing up–listening to the radio. Fibber McGee and Molly, Jack Benny, The Shadow, etc.
Fun with vegetables….tee hee. This is a picture that makes the world seem OK.
Your photo is delightful. So colorful, and that little girl just adorable as she sits there.
Giggles. As a fellow shutter bug I can so relate to the things we must go through sometimes to *get that photo* Love the colors. And love your work.

these are great and colorful photos, I’ve got to get out of the house more.. These remind me that my daughter and grand daughter just brought over a pumpkin pie they had made from their trip to the pumpkin patch.. Her husband makes the crusts, he’s very good at it too, and they even roast the seeds… Love pumpkin and apple pie seasons- YUM
marvelous photos
You know, that’s weird, because I could have sworn that I’d already commented on this blog, but I sure don’t see my name. What I thought that I’d already said was that I just love kids (especially little girls) in bib overalls.
that is too cute!
