Merry Christmas 2004 Xanga
*Merry* *Christmas*
*Xanga*Christmas Time is for Sharing
We aren’t doing anything out of the ordinary for Christmas but we always think more on family. I make a lot of desktop wallpapers of my family so I can see them off and on during the day all year around while I work at things on my computer. I thought I would share with you some views of my family thru some of the wallpapers I have made. Some are older pieces and some newer but they all have a place on my desktop at different times of the year.
Eden and her dad and Halie, our daughter
Eden on the right. I don’t know the girls she is with but imagine they are schoolmates or on her swim team in Spain.
The background is somewhere in Spain. His tour of duty there is three years. He has been in the service long enough to retire pretty soon. I don’t know all the ins and outs of it but know he has seen a large share of the world. Eden and Halie make as many tracks as they can also. I’ll be glad when they get to come home.
Three years makes a lot of time for growing. I almost don’t recognize her. I hope she comes home willing to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa.
This is my favorite photo I have taken of Eden. It’s how I always remember her.
Things are far from normal here right now. We had planned on being away for the holidays but it didn’t happen and a good thing. John is sick today and he is never sick. We have snow for Christmas and that is a rarity. I am way behind in everything. We have not gone for Christmas goodies but if it doesn’t happen we won’t starve. We love catfish and I have some in the freezer. Catfish for Christmas dinner will suit us just fine.
I just hope he is feeling better tomorrow. He did some walk shoveling yesterday and I think that kind of did him in.
Till the next time,

It is amazing at this age how fast they grow… I see it with my brother’s girls who are about two years younger than mine… and my sister’s boy Andrei, but he is 6. Seems when they are in mid school the grow like weeds.
You have a beautiful family.
I hope you have a blessed Christmas.

We are hangning around for the most part. We’ll go to church at 9 tomorrow night, my older daughter will sing with the choir. She has a great voice. Christmas we will go to my parents in Annapolis and have dinner/party there and see my oldest sisters kids and her husband. Dolley is not alive anymore. I sure miss her…. a lot.
Next week, Blizzie goes to Dallas for 6 days with the Jazz band and will also help out with marching band in the Cotton bowl.
Hubby will fly up to the UP of Mich and visit his dad for three days so it will just be Christina and me with the kitties for a few days.
Okay.. so now you know it all
Be well
Great pictures, adding up to wonderful memories. My family hates it when I get the camera out, but those pictures are my memories captured. Young people don’t “look back” very much–they are all looking forward. The older we get, the more we look back.
Have a wonderful Christmas. Catfish sounds good. Since our family won’t be here until New Years, I don’t even know what Ken and I will have for Christmas dinner—maybe spaghetti, that is easy!
thinking of you. Terry.
I like your wallpapers, and I hope John is feeling all better by now.
I enjoyed all your photos. Thanks for sharing them. I like the fancy frames that you put around them. I hope John gets to feeling better soon. I hope you have a great new year!
Hope you’re having as great a holiday as we are.
gorgeous photos of some gorgeous people… Eden is as beautiful as her name
